The Stafford SPCA is a registered 501(c)(3), nonprofit, no-kill animal rescue organization, dedicated to saving and improving the lives of area animals. We are committed to caring for animals in need, educating the community, and putting a stop to animal cruelty and abandonment.
Caring for animals in need
Our dogs get at least three walks a day plus backyard playtime, and our cats live cage-free in communal rooms.
Educating the community
Humane education and school outreach help the next generation become responsible, compassionate pet owners.
Ending cruelty & abandonment
Every adoption is matched carefully, so each animal goes to a safe, loving, lifetime home.
Funded by our community
We receive no state, county, or federal funding, and no funding from the ASPCA, the Humane Society of the United States, or any other animal welfare group. 100% of our budget is raised through donations and fundraising events.
All donations are tax deductible to the maximum extent of the law. Please consult with your tax professional for details.
